Terms of Service

Last updated 16 July 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of wheretopadel.com and any related services (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Sports Stats Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

wheretopadel.com is an online directory of padel clubs and courts. We let visitors search for clubs and let club owners and enthusiasts submit and manage listings. Some information is derived from open data sources, including OpenStreetMap. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account, which you access using a one-time sign-in link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Listings and your content

If you submit a listing or other content (“Content”), you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit it. You retain ownership of your Content, and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You must not submit Content that:

We review submissions and may edit, refuse to publish, or remove any Content at our discretion, including listings that breach these Terms.

4. Claiming a listing

Club owners may claim an existing listing to manage it. We may ask you to verify your connection to the club before granting control. We are not liable for disputes between parties claiming the same listing and will resolve claims at our reasonable discretion.

5. Premium subscriptions and payments

Listings can be upgraded to a paid “Premium” subscription. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Unless stated otherwise:

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase; by starting a subscription you may agree that the Service begins during this period, which can affect that right.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Court and location data may include information © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL).

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we aim to keep listings accurate, we do not warrant that any information — including opening hours, prices, facilities or contact details — is complete, current or error-free. You should confirm details directly with a club before relying on them. We are not responsible for the services provided by any club listed on the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) £100.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably need to. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
